In Nepal most of the youths want their body be slim and fit. Specially young mothers find it difficult to loose weight without gaining stretch marks.

Not before many days, Bollywood actress Zareen Khan shared a photo of herself on Instagram. But people commented on her stretch marks.

But there are ways we can loose weight without having stretch marks. Some simple ways:

These stretch marks can get especially embarrassing for men and women when they are on spots that are visible to others. They have a different texture than our regular skin and look like discoloured streaks on our skin. The most common locations for these stretch marks are breasts, abdomen, thighs, hips, and buttocks.

First and foremost, eat nutritious and clean foods that are rich in zinc, Vitamin C as well as protein. The reason you need to focus on these nutrients are because they help in collagen production. Collagen is a protein that gives our skin its elasticity. So the more collagen your skin produces, the better it will fight against preventing the appearance of stretch marks.

When you are physically active, you should anyway be drinking lots of water. It is the best thing that you can do for your skin, as well as overall health. Good intake of water works on the health of your skin.



If you are losing weight just by monitoring your diet, it is advisable to exercise and stretch! Leading a healthy lifestyle, even if for 15-20 minutes a day, helps in improving circulation as well as skin elasticity. Not only that, it also tightens your skin and tones your muscles.
